Introduction
The current situation in the energy sector has heightened concerns that modern societies’ ever increasing needs for energy, as well as the energy sufficiency problem, are threatening the quality of the environment and sustainable development. Renewable Energy Sources (RES) are the most promising solution for the resolution of these problems, offering an inexhaustible source of energy while fostering environmental protection.
Who should attend
Τhe Conference aims to bring together researchers, policy makers, energy sector decision makers, academics, members of funding institutions, Government officials and anyone else interested in current and future developments in the energy sector. The Conference will include specific sections regarding Renewable Energy Sources, Energy Efficiency and Energy Management

Call for papers
Interested parties can submit an abstract of their conference presentation. Papers are invited on the topics outlined below which fall within the scope of the conference. Abstracts (maximum one A4 page, portrait/maximum 300 words) can be sent as MS Word attachments by e-mail to info@leaderexpo.gr with “ENERTECH 08’’ as the subject title. Deadline for submission of abstracts: 25th of June 2008. Please include your full address and contact details in the e-mail and clearly state whether you are submitting an abstract for oral or poster presentation. For information on how to prepare an abstract, please see the guidelines for preparation of abstracts on the conference webpage (www.leaderexpo.gr). Receipt of the abstract will be acknowledged by e-mail.

Delegates are encouraged to take advantage of the discounted early bird registration and book by the end of June. Registration deadline: 15th of October 2008.
