Fuels of the future 2011
pondělí 24. ledna 2011 - úterý 25. ledna 2011 (Evropská unie)
From January 2011 drivers in Germany will be able to refuel theirs cars with gasoline containing 10% bioethanol due to the implementation of the amended quality standard for sulphur free gasoline. The rise of the of the admixture from 5 to 10 per cent is an important impulse for the market. The market potential rises significantly by the implementation of E10.
Místo konání: Německo; Berlín
Pořádá: Bundesverband BioEnergie e.V. , http://event.bioenergie.de/
Therefore in Germany the production of bioethanol will rise, too. But
with E10 the potential of bioethanol as a fuel is not exhausted.
Already now there are plans to raise the admixture of bioethanol like it
is provided by the energy concept of the Federal Government. At the
same time new proceedings are developed to optimize the energy and GHG
balance of bioethanol. Furthermore the raw material base will be
extended.
For this purpose Mr . Robert Vierhout , secretary
general of the European Bioethanol Fuel Association (eBio), will present
an outlook of the worldwide market development for bioethanol. Dr. Jörg Bernard from Südzucker AG describes the prospective norms and technical conditions of the bioethanol production. Dr. Gunter Festel ,
business manager of Butalco GmbH, points out how to produce bioethanol
out of vegetable waste material. The biotechnological conversion from
straw into biofuels will be presented by Mr Dr. André Koltermann from
Süd-Chemie AG. Süd-Chemie AG is a chemical company for catalysts and
adsorbents and is building the so far biggest facility for the
biotechnological production of bioethanol of the second generation, the
so called cellulose-ethanol. During the second bioethanol forum in our
conference especially the results of GHG quota for producers will be
discussed. Dr. Albrecht Schaper , from the company Fuel 21 GmbH, will report from his practical experience in the production of bioethanol. Dr. Thomas Senn , from the university of Hohenheim, will present
