This conference originates within the framework of the
European Interreg IIIB project ‘North Sea
Bio Energy’. Concerning the theme wood there's cooperation with
the Interreg IIIB project 'Farmers
for Nature'.
The conference language will be English.
The two days international conference (September 25-26,
2006 ) will consist of plenary lectures,
oral presentations, a poster session and an exhibition. It will take place in
‘Site Oud Sint-Jan’, a 13th century hospital within walking distance
from the heart of the historic city of
Bruges ,
Belgium.

Abstracts for oral contributions or posters should be

The abstract should also contain a title, author and author affiliation. Please

railway station. The site
‘Oud Sint-Jan’ is only a 5 minutes' walk away from the railway station. When you
leave the station (direction
Bruges

you cross the station square. Then you follow the signs via Oostmeers and
Zonnekemeers.
By car or by bus:
From E40
Brussels

Ostend
, exit 8 (Brugge) and drive
until the second traffic lights, where you turn right. Then you follow the signs
to the railway station of
Bruges
(passing by two roundabouts).
Drive under the railway bridge. When reaching the forefront of the station you
follow the signs of "Oud Sint-Jan", to the left. Via Oostmeers and Zonnekemeers
you will arrive at the conference centre.
