EU legislation drives bioenergy

pondělí 8. listopadu 2004 13:00 - 14:00 (Evropská unie, 550,- EUR)
European policy strengthens its influence on the energy and environmental sectors towards bioenergy development and climate change mitigation. Various schemes have been implemented at EU, national and regional levels to make bioenergy competitive. In parallel a market for carbon allowances will start soon in the framework of the Emission Trading scheme. Recovered Fuels can participate to both these concerns while at the same time providing a flexibility in waste management. The conference will address all these issues with institutional and private representatives, including financing bodies.

Dear AEBIOM members,

The conference "European Legislation to Promote Bioenergy", 8-9 November 2004, organised by EBBF, will be held in less than one month. Registrations are coming in regularly now. The EU decision makers will be extremely well represented. Participants like private companies working in the field of bioenergy, energy utilities, solid waste management, and high level decision makers in general should find it useful.

The conference fee for AEBIOM board members will be 225 € (50% of 450 €), for members of AEBIOM's members the fee will be 450 € and 550 € for others .

In addition, for each person that register thanks to your initiative (your mailing, personnel contacts,…) EBBF will pay 50 € to you for each registrant. These 50 € per registrant will be paid to you after checking the effective payment of these participants.

We hope this 2004 edition will be as successful as the 2003 conference for which we got excellent feedback from participants.

Best regards,
Jean-Marc Jossart
